Consultation

We pride ourselves on our comprehensive service, which includes expert advice on design concepts, material selection, and project timelines. Quotation and Acceptance
We produced specific quotation based on our consultation. Our detailed quotation helps our client to understand and evaluate their budget into the construction costs. Upon quotation acceptance, we generate contract including all agreed terms and condition.

Project Designing
Project designing can be a stressful but we are proud to help our clients to provide a project designing at their ease. Our experienced architect will create all necessary design submit for planning permission from the local council. If clients has already received the planning permission, we will follow the design and provide support with any finishing plans.

Scheduling
We endeavour to work to strict timescales and will provide a schedule of building so you can plan your lives. With extensions this is especially important as often the family will be living alongside the team.

Construction
Once the Construction begin, Project Manager will keep you updated regularly on progress and discuss with you any developments that may affect the schedule. We manage all the trades leaving you to get on with your lives and watch your project come to life.

Quality Assurance
We take quality as our main priority. We are proud to be member of LABC PAS where all our building projects are registered with LABC to be completed with current building regulation and clients will be provided with completion certificate. During construction, building inspector will visit at various stages for QA checks for clients peace of mind.

Handover
Once project is full completed, it’s time to hand over the project. We will provide all required certificate including maintenance schedule (If required) and SIGN OFF the project.
